Rukundo Joshua Design Advisor / Admin Rukundo Joshua is a graphic designer, enthusiast photographer, a self-professed road warrior and artisanal gold mining project manager at a local NGO. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Makerere University. He spends most of his free time with family, neck-deep in adobe illustrator or taking photos of things that most people don’t take photos of.
Tess Hazel Talemwa Media Coordinator / Admin Tess Talemwa is a practicing PR/ Social Media Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication from Makerere University. She is a literature and fashion enthusiast seeking to grow her career in creative writing.
Faith Wacha Kirabo Production Coordinator / Admin Angwech Faith Kirabo is a writer and performer of poetry. Her work has appeared in anthologies such as “Gathering Grains of the Wind” and “With Pens that Shout and Mouths that Shout”. She was an avid member of the Rhymers Club of Nabisunsa Girls’ Scool. Angwech recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Governance and International relations from Uganda Christian University, Mukono.
Nattabi Angel Logistics Coordinator / Admin Nattabi is a civil engineering student at Makerere University. She is passionate about feminism. She spends her free time hanging with her friends and family, on social media, reading novels and watching movies. She hopes to learn to express herself through literature.

Maria Birungi Kakinda Editor / Production Kakinda Maria Birungi is the inaugural Nevender Fellow (2018). She has also attended the SuccessSpark Brannd retreat of 2018. she is a contributor to the Odokonyero Anthology. She has been shortlisted for the Babishai Niwe Poetry Award and longlisted for the Writivism Short Story Prize. She is currently among other things, Writivism Editor.
Timi Oduesso Online Content Manager / Media Timi Odueso likes books more than he does people. A law student with an epicurean side, he spends his spare time yearning for cake and a season when he can write down all the stories he runs from. His surviving stories have been published or are forthcoming in the Ottawa Arts Review, the Single Story Foundation and the US Embassy Mission Crossroads among others.
Clarie Gor Blog editor / Media Clarie Gor is a Kenyan writer of both fiction and non-fiction. For her fiction, she is interested in writing stories that portray Kenyan-ness(and African-ness) in the ordinary, defining details. For her nonfiction, she is invested in human stories and essays. Tendo Bisiikwa Production Assistant 2 / Production Bisikwa Elizabeth Tendo is a reader and writer whose short stories mostly stay in her head and her daily journal. She hopes to step into the active literary world soon. She wrote a book review on Thando Mgqolozana’s Unimportance for Writivism in 2016 and contributed to the Dare to Dream (2017) anthology edited by Ernest T. Katwesigye. She was also one of the editors in a teens’ discipleship book Swimming Against the Tide,2018. She has been pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration and has a keen interest in child welfare.
