Benjamin Rukwengye



Benjamin Rukwengye, is the Head of Recruitment and Selection at Teach for Uganda, an education initiative that recruits graduates and professionals into education leadership in low-income rural primary schools.

He founded Boundless Minds, a social enterprise that curates practical learning and literacy content for young people to develop life and career skills. He is also the founding chairman of 40 Days Over 40 Smiles Foundation, a youth-led charity that uses local philanthropy to support education for vulnerable children through literacy programs and construction of learning centres.

He is a 2017 fellow of Leo Africa Institute under the Young and Emerging Leaders Project; and was named among the Top 1000 Social Entrepreneurs, by the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program for Africa – 2017.
